Refund Policy

Transparent terms and structured procedures for product returns and refunds at SYNVARON.

Eligible Items

Products purchased directly from synvaron.quest are eligible for refund if returned in their original condition. Items must be unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns received after this period may not qualify for a refund. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for securely packaging items to prevent transit damage.

Conditions

Items showing signs of wear, modification, or misuse are not eligible for refunds. SYNVARON reserves the right to inspect returned products before issuing a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made products, clearance items, gift cards, and digital downloads are non-refundable. Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional processing time for the funds to appear in your account.
