SYNVARON provides professional digital services including strategy consultation, technical implementation, performance optimization, and related support services. Service scope is defined individually in written agreements or service proposals.

Fees for services are specified in written agreements or order confirmations. Payments are due according to the invoicing schedule provided. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or governmental charges.
Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, fees paid are non-refundable once services have commenced. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of SYNVARON. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
All content, materials, processes, and deliverables developed by SYNVARON remain the intellectual property of SYNVARON unless otherwise agreed in writing. Users retain ownership of their original materials submitted to us but grant SYNVARON a limited license to use such materials for service delivery.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” SYNVARON makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific outcomes unless explicitly agreed in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SYNVARON shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
SYNVARON reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services at its discretion if a user violates these Terms or applicable laws. Users may terminate services according to the cancellation terms defined in their service agreement. Termination does not relieve outstanding payment obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international commercial regulations and the laws of the relevant jurisdiction in which SYNVARON operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith, and where necessary, through competent courts of jurisdiction.
